To enable Gecko to perform any data collection services, Customer will provide the following:
- Surface Cleaning – each asset must be cleaned to a NACE #8 at a minimum, and must be free of extensive pitting, severe rust/scaling, and insulation pins. Gecko may require asset surface pictures be provided prior to scheduling inspection. Improper cleaning can incur delays, risking partial completion of this proposal and extra charges.
- Uninterrupted access to the inspection site.
- Adequate lighting for the entire inspection area.
- Process/Potable Water – minimum of 1.5 gpm @ 50 PSI (6 lpm @ 3.5 bar).
- Electrical – 110/220V power supply within 50’ (20m) of inspection location.
- In case of confined space entry, a confined space attendant must be provided.
- Customer will notify Gecko of any additional plant-specific safety requirements, including without limitation PPE requirements.
- Space on-site for inspection equipment, such as robots, to be safely stored when not in use.
- Workspace with high speed internet access.
